(Once-again-stale Christmas songs playing hide-n-seek in my head)

Hey hey folks! Well, I had been longing for snow before we left Delaware for Christmas... Like a mean-spirited prank, the skies were clear until 10 minutes before we drove off. 10 minutes. We drove all night through incapacitating (to me) cold until we hit Texas, at which point t-shirts and sweat came into the picture. But the next day... Christmas present for me -- snow all day! Granted, it wasn't thick, and it wasn't even exactly white, and it didn't quite stick, but it was snow nevertheless. (Now, we're in Florida, where AC is still running... puts a bit of a damper on one's Christmas spirit.)
At any rate, I just wanted to wish you all a 2005 full of incredibly happy surprises! Oh, and Samantha gets an A+ deluxe for being an expert mind-reader. Natalie Anne Bassett. Whatdya think?
